Launched in 2010, to mark the 250th anniversary of the House of Creed, Aventus started a new trend of fruity mens fragrances with a distinctive combination of pineapple and birch notes. Inspired by the dramatic lives and battles of former rulers, Aventus is presented as a tribute to iconic leaders, including Alexander the Great and Napoleon Bonaparte. For its 10th anniversary, Aventus is dressed in a brand new metallic design with historical motifs. The sewing ribbon motif, present on this limited edition, refers to the historical know-how of the house as a master tailor. Top notes: pineapple, bergamot, apple, black currant, green notes, orange, red pepper. Heart: birch, patchouli, rose, jasmine, cyclamen, hedione, melon, neroli, juniper berries. Base: moss, musk, vanilla, ambergris, ambrox, cedar, leather. Please be aware of 2 things. 1 this is REFORMULATED! This batch of Aventus carries the reformulated designation from Creed. This is due to increased restrictions on ingredients in Europe know as the IFRA Standards, or International Fragrance Association standards. It does appear based on the ingredients that the formula has changed slightly, we are not experts in perfume manufacturing so please if it is very important to you to know the differences do your research! How much different is subjective and not a lot of info out there yet from reviewers. The first reformulated batch is now considered very similar in strength at least to 2019 batches.
